Director of Delfi<\/em>, initiator of Delfi.lv<\/a> <\/em>photography competitions Juris Mendzi\u0146\u0161 and photographer, director of photography news agency F64<\/a> <\/em>Gatis Rozenfelds will contemplate the possibilities of professional growth and photographer\u2019s career on the Internet; social photojournalism and public photography competitions. Does the distinction \u201camateur\u201d and \u201cprofessional\u201d still exist? What is the status of these concepts in our dynamic world? How do the digital data exchange, the speed of it and its global nature influence the possibilities of distribution of photography and the development of photography itself?
