\nthe algorithms, droplets, oceans, pixels, tornadoes,
\nlearning to control ourselves \u2014
\nanyway, this is what democracy means,
\nright?<\/p>\n

But are we able to succeed in it
\ndo we really need to do it?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Can we do it completely
\nwith all the differences between GDPs and DNA,
\nwith all the differences
\nbetween being emigrants and immigrants
\nin endless steppes and suburbs,
\nwith all that intergalactic radiation,
\nsubatomic pulls?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Do we desire it,
\nto control ourselves,
\ncompletely?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Let\u2019s start again.
\nAnd no rhetorical questions this time.
\nThis vernissage might be the safest place in the city
\nif you don’t mind a few media spectacles.<\/p>\n

It resembles a port one sends letters from
\nto the country one was exiled from.
