It\u2019s almost saut dans le vide<\/em>, except the void is still shaping up and growing, living as bacteria on a white cube\u2019s concrete floor. The artist frequently works with large scale drawings and small plastic objects. Among Rutmane\u2019s latest projects are the solo show \u201cA cake for L\u012bva\u201d, gallery Low, <\/i>Riga (2017) and the group show \u201cI had amnesia once or twice\u201d, Polansky Gallery, Brno (2019). L\u012bva Rutmane also takes part in the artist band \u201cKl\u012bga\u201d and practices self-publishing \u2013 the most recent work at Riga Zine Fest \u201cDarbi\u0146\u0161\u201d.
