Congratulations to the final four nominees for “Kim? Rezidence award 2019” – Kaspars Groševs, Atis Jākobsons, Andrejs Strokins un Diāna Tamane.
The winner of the award will be announced by the directot of Artport Tel Aviv Vardit Gross at Latvian Academy of Art, on November 22, at 2:30 pm. The prizewinner will go on a two month rezidence trip to Artport Tel Aviv.
The portfolios of the artists were evaluated by international jury: Vardit Gross (director of Artport Tel Aviv), Tobiass Kaspar (artist, Zurich /Riga), Virginija Januskevičiūte (Contemporary Art Centre (CAC), Vilnius) and Ian Rosen (artist, director of Misako & Rosen, Tokija).
The Annual “Kim? Residence award” provides a chance for artists to take part in a residence program in one of the partner organizations of Kim?.
