Romeo Castellucci and Societas Raffaello Sanzio’s “Inferno”

Sorry, this entry is only available in Latvian.

On 5 June at 19:00 everyone was invited to attend screening of Romeo Castellucci and Societas Raffaello Sanzio's "Inferno". Romeo Castellucci is sometimes referred to as an iconoclast. He himself says that he creates meaningless theatre which has an immediate impact on the spectator. Inspired by and based on the one part of Dante‘s Trilogy "Divine Comedy", filmed at Avignon Theatre Festival in July 2008. "Inferno" is a monument for pain. Lonely artists – alone on a huge empty stage or, on the contrary, in the middle of a crowd and confronted by the hustle of world – is suffering, confused by the experience of loss.
